New Show! Zylofon 102.1FM To Roll Out A New Show In The Morning Belt Called “The State Craft”
The story of Zylofon 102.1FM is always new in the morning as listeners are not too sure what the station`s next plan will be in the next 24 hours. Most listeners of the East Legon based and Nana Appiah Mensah owned station sometimes get impatience with the flow of information over the years that they have been with them.
Well, insiders at Zylofon FM tell this website www.sammyflextv.com that the station is rolling out new plans and programmes and that with time, everything else will be fully placed. Latest information from the handlers of the station is an introduction of a new current affairs programme that will start the station`s new format unlike the previous one where a showbiz related programme started the station`s business of the day.
According to details of the programme, it will be called “The State Craft” and it will be laced with current affairs and societal issues with Kwesi Essel as the host. The programme scheduled to commence on Monday 6th July 2020 will start from 5am-9am from Mondays to Fridays. Kwesi Essel, though not a popular name in the media space comes with enough experience in the broadcasting space as he has been hosting Showbiz on Zylofon TV and has a stint with BBC as one of their representatives in Ghana.
He has promised to deliver his best to sustain the audience interest the station has built over the years and wishes to introduce new ears to Zylofon FM- Beyond the Horizon. The handlers of Zylofon FM are entreating listeners of the station to continue keeping confidence in them as they promise to deliver on what they are known for over the years.
At the moment, some of the hot spots missing on the station`s line up are Soul Winners hosted by Kwadwo Boateng Cosby, Showbiz Agenda hosted by Sammy Flex and Zylofon Sports co hosted by Sintim Koree Chaskele and Isaac Asempa. The question ardent listeners of the station are asking is whether these shows and its presenters will return to the station or this is the end of the road for them. Meanwhile, the Rootical Blakk Rasta is still hitting hard and running affairs in the afternoon belt with his Taxi Driver show. The gods will answer the above questions with “Time”.
