Rapper D-Black, actress Gloria Sarfo and singer Sefa among many other Instagram users have descended heavily on entertainment pundit Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo over his clash with hiplife rapper Guru on the Entertainment Review show on Peace FM last Saturday.
Host of the show Akwesi Aboagye engaged the rapper together with his usual pundits over his issues with CEO of Lynx Entertainment Richie Mensah particularly with regards to a denied feature by the label’s artiste, Kuami Eugene.
In Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo submission, he asserted that Guru is no longer relevant and currently not on top in the music space and was therefore seeking for a feature from Lynx Entertainment’s Kuami Eugene to revive his music career.
The rapper got infuriated by these comments by the radio/TV pundit and this resulted into a very heated argument between the two for minutes.
After the show, the video of their clash was shared by the producer of the show, Eugene Osarfo Nkansah via his Nkonkonsa IG account and this is how rapper D-Black, Gloria Sarfo, Sefa and some other Instagram Users reacted to Arnold’s comments:
dblackgh: Very disappointed the the manner and demeanor in which Mr. Arnold spoke to Guru. Showed zero respect & decorum. And it wasn’t behind closed doors either. With cameras running and on the radio!? Naaa man. There’s bigger story to this. Makes zero sense. Some of you guys Chale. Smh.
gloriaosarfo: But honestly, that’s not a cool statement from Arnold, and sincerely sounds a bit demeaning🤦♀️ These guys have been there, and still very relevant👌💯🙏
princedanquahfit: @gloriaosarfo if ebe errr, like he chop upper cut longest time.
wills_yoko_deemoney: @gloriaosarfo forget that hungry dog always causing senseless confusion… he is the main reason why i stopped watching united showbiz @utvghana
asare.affum: @gloriaosarfo I don’t blame anybody but peacefm and UTV for given him opportunity to talk nonsense
tillybaldygray: @gloriaosarfo Absolutely, I listened and didn’t think that was fair.
kojoblayrichard: @gloriaosarfo Guru should’ve given him a punch on face koraaaa
elvyn78: Charley..u guys need to give Guru the respect he deserves. He has worked really hard..starting from the scratch years back is not easy at all…ask Bandana..keche..praye..sark and the rest…Kwame eugene and kidi came from reality shows and got signed up..they have no feel of the hustle..it was already made for them…it is an insult to the reputation and sweat of those who started way back that these guys are better than them..yes they are good..but put some respect on the name…Arnold do yawa charley
jeezygh: You’ll never see any Entertainment pundits in Nigeria disrespect or discredit 2face or MI on radio. They protect their legends But come to Ghana 🤦🏾♂️. You can’t say this to Guru Chale. Are we serious as a people ? Aaaah God
afia_atuahene: Guru is really a gentleman and has a lot of patience…he should have slapped Arnold 🥺🥺
realchichi4: What has Arnold done for Gh … just sit and criticize someone who made us happy through music and …..hurt me soo much …wish I was there … Arnold your mother …your whole fam is is popular than Guru …
bra_flexkhid_junia_: Why are the panelists saying guru calm down like he’s at fault arnold’s the bad guy here ,Ghana ne gyimie just tell arnold to stop saying silly things u rada telling Guru to calm down whiles it’s Arnold pissing him off with silly comments like “3nti na woni top ” that’s an insult
debb.ie3376: Even Obrafour ft Guru “Kasiebo” self still jam pass Kuami Eugene’s hit songs trust me. We don’t have to disrespect the people that pave the way for the young once. Guru is still on top when it’s come to entertainment. Arnold is really a biased guy and what did he do for Ghana? Mitchewwww Guru forget that guy and whatever collaboration you’re planning this kids and give us jam for them trust I believe you can do this as you always do. Thanks for your patience!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
sadatshakur: Well done #Guru. You built your carrier with your energy so nobody should come and sabotage your works. I respect you even more Guru. In this life there are some people who would always try to bring you down no matter what. It’s good you know the person next to you. 🙌🙌🙌
