Ayisha Modi Calls On Veterans Musicians Like Samini To Respect Himself And Be The Standard
Popular socialite and artiste manager Ayisha Modi, known publicly as She Love Stonebwoy has called out on veteran musicians to respect themselves and be the standard for younger generation.
According to her in a Facebook post on Monday, musicians like Samini, Obour and others should see themselves as superiors to correct the youth when they go astray but it’s unfortunate some of them are making themselves and brands dirty because of hype.
She wrote this on Facebook: The music industry will surely be in a good state if those who have been in the system for long respect themselves and realize every artiste has his own time and season so when your season is off, you allow the new generation to operate. The seniors can motivate and guide the youths so that they achieve higher than what they did cause we are all fighting for the progress of Ghana music industry.
Why am I saying this?? I quite remember sometime ago I was in Dubai for a show, wizkid and Davido had a lil misunderstanding there was nobody to cool tempers down but immediately the legend 2face stepped in there was peace at the place for the show to continue. The kind of legacy 2face built during his Era, there is no way any young artiste can stand up to disrespect him or fight him on social media. I wish our veterans like obuor, samini etc Can put up that standard so that we see them as the superiors to correct the youths when they go astray but it’s unfortunate some of them are making themselves and brands dirty because of hype which last for days and spoil their brand and legacy they have suffered to build. Please We need to structure ourselves well so that we don’t blame others when the future don’t treat us good the way we expect. we should correct some mistakes today before it’s late, cause as the adage goes respect is reciprocal and Good name is better than riches and fame.. long live Ghana music 🙏🙏🔥🔥. Your Industry POLICE 👮♀️ has spoken Bam 💥
