“I Am Staying With My Mum Until I Marry” – Adina Reveals

Ghanaian singer and songwriter Adina has disclosed that she is staying with her mother till she ties the knot.

Speaking as a guest on Ekwanso Dwoodwoo with Abeiku Santana on Tuesday evening, she explained she will not want to talk about her current relationship status but she is going to be under her mom’s covering till she is married.

“Actually I had wanted to rent my own apartment but my mom said it is not the best. That was sometime back and I am cool with that now. It is not as if she won’t allow me but to her it doesn’t make any sense especially when she is around to support me. Sometimes when I get busy here and there she supports me. She supports me in many ways, with prayers and all that. You know, there are times when you have a crazy day at work, maybe with social media and othe stuffs, you go home and you under her covering, she prays with you together, she cooks for you, and gives you that motherly love. So I am waiting for a man to marry me before I will leave my mom’s home. But maybe after two, three, years if the man has not come and my mom is tired, I can change my mind and think of leaving her house to be on my own. That is if I want to but I don’t know when I will make that decision. I don’t like to talk about my relationship. Whether I am dating or not, I don’t want to talk about it” she explained.
