Help The Poor Foundation and Sammy Flex TV have extended a helping hand worth several thousands of Cedis to inmates at the Royal Seed Orphanage Home located at Kasoa-Papase in the Central region.

The NGO and Sammy Flex TV visited the care home at Papaase-Kasoa on the 12th July 2020 as part of their donation schedules for the year 2020. It was the third time in eight moths the two corporate bodies have collaboratively donated to the home with support from families and friends, hoping to support the poor and needy in society continuously.

“We thank God we were able to put smiles on the faces of these orphans in this season. A wise man once said, Little by little, bit by bit, family by family, so much good can be done on so many levels. It`s our desire to get both international and local partners to support our periodic donations in the coming months especially in this corona virus pandemic era. You can reach us with your support via the contact provided here 024-878-2084. God bless you for your contribution” Miss Patience Serwaa Okata, CEO and founder of Help The Poor GH told this reporter in an interview.

According to her, HTP Ghana was established in August 2019 at Sowutuom in Accra, purposely to help orphans and the less privileged in society. She explained that growing up as a child, she faced lots of challenges and that motivated her to establish the foundation to assist others who might be facing same challenges today.

“This for me is a corporate social responsibility for us at Sammy Flex TV. This is a good cause that needs more hands to make it happen. We hope that more corporate bodies and individuals will come on board to support us help these ones at the care home and also anyone that needs help. We hope to do more as our next donation will be soon in the coming months” Sammy Flex CEO Flex Entertainment, managers of Sammy Flex TV stated.
