Video + Photos: Obrafour Sues Ayisha Modi, Delay & The Delay Show For Ghc800,000 With Apologies & Retraction

Legendary rapper Obrafour is finally looking forward to serve Ayisha Modi a writ of summon from the High/Circuit Court of Justice for defamation of character.

Obrafour and his management team Execution Entertainment have sued Ayisha Modi in relation to the allegations labelled against him on the Delay Show few weeks ago when the latter said she spent $45,000 in the former’s “kasiebo album” project. In addition, she is to apologize alongside with Delay and the producers of the show. They are also to apologize, retract and publish the apology in the Daily Graphic newspaper.

According to sources, the writ of summons was finished by Obrafour’s team on October 27 2020 and was supposed to be served to Ayisha but has since not been able to reach her.

Our sources tell us at www.sammyflextv.com that they have been combing the whole of Accra to serve Aisha Modi but she is nowhere to be found, therefore the leakage of the document to the general public.
