Video + Parliamentary Select Committee On Health Tours K.I.A COVID 19 Testing Centers

The parliamentary select committee on health has toured the Kotoka International Airport Covid 19 testing centers on Tuesday 25th of May 2021.

Nana Yaw Kwakwa, Managing Director of Ghana Airport Company Limited is the one who conducted the leadership of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Health during their visit at the covid-19 testing centers at the Kotoka International Airport.

Aside from Nana Yaw Kwakwa, the likes of Dr Patrick Kuma Aboagye, Director General of Ghana Health Services also briefed some members of the committee and took them through the operations of the testing centers at the airport.

Nana Ayew Afriyie, Chairman of Parliamentary Select Committee on Health speaking to the media stated that the main agenda is to provide parliamentary oversight and to understand the development at the International ports because it’s the major port of entering Ghana.

The committee later added that they are very impressed with how tests are run at the airport and have promised to ask top officials of the airport more questions to make things work better for passengers arriving in the country.
