“Rex is An Honourable Human Being And An Artiste, He Is Just Not Fit To Be Chairman Of GHAMRO” – Hammer

The founder and CEO of the Last Two Music Group Hammer, known privately as Edward Nana Poku Osei believes confidently that highlife artiste and Chairman of the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO) Rex Omar, is just not fit for his position but does not hate him as a person.

“You see amidst the hullabaloo and the noise, many people think that the alliance and the opposition of Ghamro actually hate Rex. Because we believe Rex is worse than the word worse. No! Rex is an honourable human being and an artiste. He just happens to be not fit to be chairman of GHAMRO.” Hammer said in an audio circulating on social media.

He added: “Someone should tell Rex that we don’t hate him, we know he is a great artiste but he can’t run the affairs of GHAMRO. He doesn’t have a clue and that is not a sin. Just leave for someone who can do it.”

The celebrated producer who is now the Chief Marketing Officer of A1 Bakery, producers of A1 Bread, admitted that he is not fit to be GHAMRO Chairman, asserting that just because he is a veteran and a musician doesn’t give him any authority to just go and stand for GHAMRO chairmanship.

Hammer indicated that he is rather good at research and marketing, explaining that it is important for one to know his potential instead of accepting positions they are clueless about.
