Video! Experienced Artiste Manager Ashis Reacts To Stonebwoy`s Commentary On Managers
One of the most experienced Ghanaian artistes managers Nana Poku Ashis has advised those interested in becoming artistes manager to learn from the people before them. In a discussion on Sammy Flex TV’s Showbiz Daily, Nana Poku Ashis, the former employee of Zylofon Music has said that any one who wants to become an artistes manager should understudy for a good time.
Explaining further on what he meant by “understudy” he continued that, understudying is not just following the senior artiste managers to the show grounds but rather interacting with the experienced ones you see around. According to him, there a lot of artistes managers who have failed in their line of duty but still fighting hard to make it happen.
“You have to get closer to these people and ask questions to get on the right path as an upcoming artiste manager. When you do this, there is no way you can get it wrong. It`s true that there is no certificate in artiste management but the experience is on the field” he told Sammy Flex in a discussion on Sammy Flex TV.
“If you understudy by asking the right questions, you get correct answers and directions as well. When you apply very well the answers you got, no artiste can brag that he made you or rubbish your works after going your separate ways” he added.
