Another Bail Out! “Pay Ghc.500,000 Before You Will Be Free”- Mimi Andani`s Contract Demands From Naana Blu & New Management

Fresh angles are emanating from the on going misunderstanding between new managers of Naana Blu and her former record label Darling Music Ltd owned by Mimi Andani and husband Nana Michaels.

Additional information this portal www.sammyflextv.com has chanced on reveals that the contract in reality was 10 years duration but because Naana Blu whose stage name at the time was “Esi Cutie” aka Abigail Mensah had done 5 years in it, she has 5 more years to be able to walk out freely including executing the other obligations that come with it. That notwithstanding, for the new label to be able to work with her without any legal dispute from Darling Music, they would have to pay a buy out clause aka bail out at Ghc.500,000 which was captured clearly in the contract.

A close source to Darling Music has hinted sammyflextv.com that the management of the firm are ready to go all out to make sure Naana Blu pays the buy out clause or they meet them in court for legal hearing. New label owners on the other hand are tight lipped over the issue as they have also hinted consulting their lawyers before making any public statement on the matter.

Background: Naana Blue who was formally called Esi Cutie had signed a 10 year record deal with Darling Music Ltd but has ditched the label to ink a new contract with Quophimens Music owned by Stephen Mensah without serving the terms and duration of the contract.

See below portions of the contract that show clearly the 10 year duration and the Ghc.500,000 buy out clause.
