“I Need Financial Support From Ghanaians To Push My Music Career” – Sherifa Gunu
Ghanaian soul musician Sherifa Gunu is asking Ghanaians to contribute some money to support her music career because things are difficult for her now.
Speaking on Kingdom 107.7 FM, she revealed she hasn’t had life on a silver platter and life hasn’t been easy till date. She said she will not brag about her life or pretend about it.
“I did not have my life on a silver platter and till date, it has not been easy. Listen, I need money. Even president Nana Akufo-Addo was supported financially in these COVID times. So as I sit here, I am also asking for people to support me financially. People should contribute money to help me with my projects. Things are not okay for me” she said.
The singer added: “I need financial support from Ghanaians to push my music career. I would’ve gone far if I have had the opportunities and support gotten by the current female artiste”.
